The Villa Guarda with 235 m² (2500 sq.ft.) exclusive residential area and only 50 meters from the Art Nouveau Hotel Schatzalp away, in the middle of a 470'000 m² (116 acres) impressive Forest Park, is embossed by unique view of the Davos mountains. Here ist the quietness still bigger and the nature more beautiful.
The Villa Guarda was built in 1907 and already mentioned in Thomas Mann's 'Magic Mountain' as 'the doctors house'. The standard is high. An extravagant suite, a saloon and a bureau-fumoir guarantee dreamful holidays or important meetings. The thoughts are free - the horizon is far away. Our head gardener is living in the basement apartment like it is in the tradition, in order to watch over the villa.
Suite
The charm of the old Villa remains, whereas the establishment of the infrastructure appears in modern design. Two bedrooms, one of them with a huge window front, two bathrooms, living room.
Salon
One saloon divided into two big rooms, a massive table for at least 12 people, sitting area with fireplace, "Arvenstübli" with a large window front overlooking the forest.
Bureau-Fumoir
Bright room in a rustically dress with modern equipment, massive table for 10 people.

The price is for the rental of the entire Villa Guarda per day (for max. 4 persons) includes breakfast and half board in the Art Nouveau dining room. A selection of coffee and tea are 'à discrétion' at your disposal. Prices for dinner at the villa and room service like followed:
Your dinner or breakfast can be served at the Villa for a charge of CHF 250.00 per day. For the a service charge of
CHF 400.00 per day the breakfast and the dinner is served at the Chalet. Individual menus will be charged à la carte. Roomservice per day is available for a flat rate of CHF 250.00.
Free usage of the Davos-Schatzalp-Funicular (according to schedule) and the local busses of Davos, sledge rental during the whole stay (or free entry in our Alpinum during the summer), admisson to our sauna, free use of the Internet in the Business-Center, Wireless-LAN, service, value added tax and visitor's tax inclusive.
At weekends only available for 2 days.
Advanced payment of the full amount is required 6 weeks before arrival.
