Thin slices of venison ridge with chanterelles on homemade Waldorf salad – 14 CHF

Soup
Cep cream soup with Lardo praline – 13 CHF

Main course
Roasted venison fillet with marjoram crust, pumpkin, red cabbage and rosemary polenta – 42 CHF

Dessert
Mille-feuille of apple and vanilla cream – 12 CHF
